Currently, I'm updating my CFD lecture notes by adding "CHAPTER 6 Pressure-Velocity Coupling" that contains solving steady state, frictionless isothermal fluid flow with solved example of fluid flow through nozzle that use staggered grid with static pressure as boundary condition using SIMPLE algorithm.
